Unlike most other Master’s programs, Neurasmus has not only greatly helped me refine my academic skills and interests, it has allowed me to connect with different cultures, countries, and people. Uniquely, being a Neurasmus student poses a variety of challenges above and beyond academic ones, ranging from finding suitable housing or having to swiftly form new friendships, to conforming to new social and cultural norms and dealing with an unknown bureaucracy. Systematically and recurrently facing such challenges will inevitably build one’s character and forge skills useful not just for one’s academic and professional career, but for life.
