Dr Kwakowsky is a neuropharmacologist. She is the Programme Director of the MSc in Neuropharmacology with extensive experience teaching pharmacology at postgraduate level. Her research focuses on understanding the pathological mechanisms of neurodegenerative diseases and finding drug targets and therapeutic strategies.
